Where can I find my company code?

You need your company's unique company code to log into Carrot for Tenants.

Your company code is usually shared with you when your company is onboarded to Carrot.

You may receive it:

  • from your facility management team

  • in an onboarding email sent from support@carrot.tech

  • together with your login instructions

If you still cannot find your company code, contact your facility management team or the person who set up your access. You can also contact support@carrot.tech.
