A tenant needs their unique company code in order to log into Carrot for Tenants.
To find a tenant’s company code, open Manage tenants in Carrot Insight and select the relevant tenant from the list.
To do this:
- Open Manage tenants in the left-hand menu
- Select the tenant you want to view
- Find the company code in the tenant details panel on the right-hand side
The company code consists of 9 letters.
