# How do I manage recipients for the Action Report for operations/building managers?

The Action Report is a bi-weekly e-mail that can be sent out to operations/building managers, that offers actionable insight in terms of waste data on a building level. The action report is sent out on Mondays (bi-weekly). The recipients that typically benefits from this report are operations managers, janitors or sustainability managers.

To manage who receives them:

1. Open the menu in the top right corner
2. Go to **Settings** and open the **Action report** tab
3. Add or update recipients in the **Recipients** section

The waste categories included in the Action Report are set at client or environment level, and admin access is required to change them.
