# What does the Library-page show?

The Library page is where you share files and messages with the tenants in your building. Everything you publish here is shown to tenants in the tenant app.

Here, you can:

- upload files you want to share with your tenants, such as waste transfer notes, sorting guides and signage
- organise files into folders, making it easier for you and your tenants to find the right documents
- create new folders by typing a name in the "New folder" field and clicking "Add"
- search for files by name and sort them by file name, folder or upload date
- archive files that are no longer relevant, so they are moved to the "Archived" folder
- write a pinned message, which is shown at the top of the tenant app, for example to highlight important information or recent changes

The Library page is the place to go when you want to give your tenants easy access to documents and information about waste handling in the building.
